Applying for admission to Laredo Community College is now easier than ever, thanks to the recent debut of a new online application.

Five minutes and an Internet connection is all you need to begin the journey of finding your future at LCC, say college officials.

Whether you are pursuing an associate’s degree or a certificate, or even just searching for some personal enrichment, you can visit www.laredo.edu/apply to submit your application to study at the college.

“We fully understand that many students interested in applying to attend Laredo Community College are not always able to travel to the campus to fill out an admissions application.

So to avoid forcing students to travel to either the Fort McIntosh Campus or the South Campus, this new online application will greatly assist the admissions process for new students,” says Dr. Albert Salinas, Dean of Enrollment and Registration Services.

Once an application is submitted, the applicants will receive a confirmation page, which they are encouraged to print out for their personal records.

The college will then mail out an acceptance letter advising the student of any items pending to complete their admission, as well as to welcome the student to LCC.

The online application is for new students only. Those who have applied to the college in the past and want to make changes can contact the Enrollment and Registration Services Center at 721-5109.
