Stolen iPhone Found Thanks to GPS

Fabian Vazquez, 21, entered a beauty supply store at the 56 block of San Dario. After causing disorder, he left carrying a stolen iPhone. The victim proceeded to call the police.

The officers got a description of the man and of the car he fled in. Using the GPS unit within the iPhone, the officers were able to locate the device.

The GPS eventually led them to the car of the thief. When arresting Vazquez, officers found 14.7 grams of heroin.
