LAREDO, Tx.- A Houston resident was detained by federal agents for his intention of transporting almost 200,000 dollars in cash from the United States without making a declaration.

Alfredo Ramírez, 29, was sent to the Webb county jail, for violating Customs and Border Protection laws.
