Julio Aguiar, 24, received an arrest warrant for two charges of fraud for the use of illegal information, both cases are fourth degree felonies.

The man was in the Webb County jail for a differnent crime an now received a 50,000 dollar bond by Justice of Peace Oscar Liendo.

Police spokesman, Joe Baeza, informed that on February 10th they received a complaint about a fraud committeed on his Direct Tv account.

The victim also mentioned that as he contacted the companyfror other purposes, he discovered that someone else had falsely presented themselves as him in order to activate two separate boxes to access to the satellite.

After investigating the situation, the victim wasdable to determine that Julio Aguiar was responsible of this crime.

The subject worked at Direct Tv but was fired in 2008 for a similiar crime, in which he was also arrested.
