Gabriel Alvarez Briones, 34, who resides on 601 A Ramireño in Zapata, received accusations from a Zapata gran jury, after finding sufficient criminal evidence against him.
Alvarez remains behind bars in the Zapata County, without bail as he awaits legal procedures. District Attorney, Isidro Alaniz, stated that the incident was registeres on February 29th of this year, at Alvarez's home, where the boy, Carlos Eduardo González lived with his mother, Celia González, whose husband is the subjects family member.
Family members of the child transported the boy to the Laredo Medical Center, on the day of the incident, after being struck in the head several times by the assailant.
The subject informed he was upset because the child would not stop crying.
The child was then transported to San Antonio where he died on March 30th.
The case will br processed at the 49th District Court, with Judge Joe López and DA Alaniz.

Too bad Obama and his compadres who want many MILLIONS of those hard-working family-value folks to become USA citizens do not step in and do everything possible to assist that poor misunderstood diverse multi-cultural in whatever manner the USA's politically correct horde determines to be best.

He should have killed in Mexifornia instead of TX. We would let him out in 6 years and give him the key to the city.
