LAREDO, Tx.- Laredo welcomed a San Antonio Spurs rising star as he carried out a basketball clinic for children from elementary through high school held at the Martin High school gym yesterday.

This is the first time this basketball star stepped on this border city and he then took time to visit the city and visit the Veterans Field during a Broncos game.

"This is my first time here, and I am very excited. We will be teaching kids some new moves and while having a good time, I really enjoy working with children, I feel so fulfilled when I watch kids smile," Hill shared.

Before the basketball camp, Hill showed up at the Broncos game because he is a sports fanatic.

"I love baseball, I use play it in College, I admire Derek Jeter a great deal," he commented.

Hill confessed he was excited about the upcoming season, stating that the guys on the club seem enthused that has sent a very positive vibe.

"We feel great, we are getting prepared and are anxious for this coming season," he expressed.
